Good people.
Grounded values.
We believe understanding a home should feel personal, practical and clear.
Daniel Morton
Daniel started Grounded Home Inspections to help buyers and sellers feel informed about one of life’s biggest decisions. He brings a trained eye, honesty and a willingness to explain what he sees.
When he’s away from inspections, Daniel enjoys fishing, hunting and time outdoors with his family.

Building a life together.
Grounded Home Inspections is more than a business to us. It’s part of the life we’re building together as a family. Daniel and Ashley are proud to raise their son, Charlie, here in western North Carolina, where family, faith, hard work and serving others remain at the heart of what we do.
A real conversation.
A clearer way forward.
